Meet Our Team
After three years working in IT and tech support supporting Windows devices, Brooke first started her Mac journey in 2015 while working at Google. There, she worked in-person IT Support at Google's Mountain View, San Francisco, London, and San Bruno offices. After leaving Google, Brooke worked at a Biotech startup, Calico, helping to set up their Apple ecosystem and obtained the Jamf 200 and 300 certifications. She has since been a Jamf Administrator at a college, another startup, and most recently for a MSP, managing over 18 Jamf instances. She also obtained her Jamf 400 certification and Apple Certified Support Professional certification. She has extensive knowledge of Apple devices, Jamf, bash scripting, Google Workspace, Apple Business Manager, and vulnerability management. Her goal is to make AppleCore the go-to Jamf professionals across the United States. Jamf is her passion, and she lives to make her clients happy, while making their Apple ecosystem easier and more secure.
