Brooke is a seasoned Apple and Jamf administrator with nearly a decade of hands-on macOS management experience. After beginning her IT career supporting Windows environments, she transitioned to Mac in 2015 at Google, providing on-site support across multiple campuses.

She went on to build Apple deployments at biotech startup Calico, earning Jamf 200 and 300 certifications, and has since served as a Jamf Administrator in higher education, startups, and an MSP—where she managed 18+ Jamf instances simultaneously.

Brooke holds Jamf 400 and Apple Certified Support Professional credentials and brings deep expertise in Jamf administration, Apple device management, bash scripting, Apple Business Manager, Google Workspace, and security/vulnerability management.

Paul has 15 years of experience in IT support, 4 of them focused on Jamf and Apple. He has spent the past 4 years as an escalation point for all Apple and Jamf issues at a MSP. Working at a MSP, he has supported for a large variety of small to medium sized businesses with the utmost care. As a Jamf 300 certified specialist, he can help take your systems management and security to the next level.
